There are quite a number of bad paint chipps on this model and most of the internal structure is missing.
Restoration: 
The model was completely stripped and repainted. New parts were obtained and fitted together with a new 'customer'.
Addendum: It has been pointed out to me that the original model was in fact NOT a 428 as it has the ice cream cone missing off the front. It is more likely to be the 359 Smith's Karrier Army Field Kitchen.
